In a helicopter, you can't move around and don't have a 360-degree view. For example, you'll be able to see out your window and partially out the window on the other side of the helicopter, but you won't be able to see behind you.
Fresh Air
A lot of people who take hot air balloon rides appreciate the fresh air that this experience offers. If you're the type of person who enjoys being outside, feeling the breeze against your skin as you stand in the basket of a hot air balloon can be a pleasant experience. When you're in a helicopter, conversely, you won't get to enjoy much in the way of fresh air.
